Welcome to Ad MRI. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By submitting an ad for analysis or using our website, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Ad MRI provides creative intelligence reports for ecommerce video advertisements.

Our reports are based on proprietary analysis methods, artificial intelligence, and creative evaluation frameworks designed to help advertisers improve future creative decisions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these terms.

Submission review

Every submission is reviewed before payment.

Submitting an ad does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline any submission for any reason, including if the project falls outside the scope of our service.

Payment

Payment is requested only after your submission has been reviewed and accepted.

Work begins after payment has been received.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reports are typically delivered within the estimated timeframe communicated after payment.

Delivery times may vary depending on workload, project complexity, or unforeseen circumstances.

Revisions

Each report includes one reasonable revision for factual corrections or clarification.

Requests that require additional analysis or materially expand the scope of work may incur additional fees.

Refunds

Because each report is prepared specifically for your submitted creative, payments are generally non-refundable once analysis has begun.

If we determine before starting work that we cannot complete your project, you will not be charged.

If you believe there has been an error with your report, please contact us and we will review your concern.

Your content

You retain ownership of all creative assets you submit.

By submitting your materials, you grant Ad MRI permission to access, analyze, and process those materials solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to submit the materials.

Confidentiality

We treat submitted creative as confidential.

We will not publicly share your ads, reports, or supporting materials without your prior written permission, except where required by law.

Intellectual property

All Ad MRI reports, methodologies, frameworks, scoring systems, designs, visualizations, and proprietary analysis remain the intellectual property of Ad MRI.

Clients receive a license to use their purchased reports for internal business purposes.

Reports may not be resold, redistributed, republished, or presented as your own proprietary methodology without prior written permission.

Artificial intelligence

Ad MRI uses artificial intelligence together with proprietary analysis methods as part of the report generation process.

Outputs should be considered decision-support tools and not guarantees of advertising performance.

No performance guarantee

Advertising performance depends on many factors outside the scope of our analysis, including media buying, targeting, competition, pricing, offers, landing pages, market conditions, and creative execution.

Ad MRI does not guarantee improvements in sales, return on ad spend, click-through rate, conversion rate, or any other business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ad MRI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

Website use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Misrepresent your identity or ownership of submitted materials

Third-party services

Our website may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, payments, file storage, communications, and artificial intelligence.

We are not responsible for the availability or performance of those third-party services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
